And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up.

James 5:15

As we age, whole-person support becomes so important to meeting our unique needs. Rather than looking at only symptoms or isolated concerns, On Site for Seniors aims to provide person-centered care and compassionate support for the whole person and their family. This means taking all aspects of life into account through physical, mental, social, spiritual, and emotional support for the person and their caregivers.

Respite = to take a break from the daily challenge of caring for someone with special needs. The Bennett House by On Site for Seniors offers a social day program for seniors and disabled adults providing a safe, caring and fun place for caregivers to entrust their loved ones for a partial or full day.

The Bennett House offers:

  • Daily Activities (music, games, conversation)
  • Opportunity for friendship
  • Personal care services
  • Nutritional meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks)
  • Caregiver respite
  • Flexible times
  • Veteran program
  • Local grant options

Spiritual Support

On Site for Seniors supports the whole person – body, mind, and soul!  As a faith-based non-profit team, we believe each of us is created in God’s image. The love of Christ motivates us to share God’s love with those around us. If requested, we will support through prayer, scripture reading, Christian fellowship, and worship.

Social/Emotional Support

High-Tech/High-Touch” : Building Meaningful Relationships!

This service is designed to increase meaningful connections for frail seniors and improve quality of life through strengthening valued relationships.  By using tablet technology, our staff and volunteers can engage individuals in meaningful music, strategic play and reminiscence.

We recognize the unique and always-changing needs as we mature through life. Our staff and volunteers are trained to listen to your needs and help with individualized, person-centered goal-setting and support on many different levels.  Our mission is to meet the unique needs of seniors and their families with the love of God by providing medical care, connecting to resources and compassionately sharing tools for a life of hope.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer or know someone who needs one, please contact our volunteer coordinator at 1-208-967-4771.

Training and continuing education is provided for all volunteers.
